Eh, draft-eligible player maybe. We'll see what Branden Smith runs at UGA's pro day. There are some others who could challenge I'm sure. Milliner possibly.
As far as underclassmen, no way. Keith Marshall's 100m time should translate to like a 4.3. I'm sure there are some at others schools in the same ballpark. LSU just got a recruit who should be around 4.25 or less

It's hard to believe Swope is as fast as Trindon Holliday and Patrick Peterson but I guess it is what it is.
