Iowa St. where we got blown out at home. Only game I have ever left in the 3rd quarter.
Thanksgiving 2011 doesn't bother me at all actually. In fact I'm glad as hell it played out like it did because I can now laugh at the sips for being the primary reason we got rid of Sherman and got Sumlin and ultimately for starting Manziel (Sherman would have gone with Showers). That loss may go down as one of the best things to ever happen to A&M football, and I think it's fantastic that I can now thank the sips for propelling us to make a change.

This. If a 39 point beatdown to your biggest rival with as talented a team 08 offered wasn't enough, then Urban Meyer calling two timeouts in the waning seconds was.

That was truly a gut wrenching loss. The penalty, then the scramble, then the kick... nauseating to think about it. The last 45 seconds was tough.
Forgot about that Iowa St. game. When I read your post I started laughing. That really was one shitty performance.

2001 - Florida (first College Gameday for us, blackout, UF blew the doors off us)
2003 - Clemson (63-17 at home, nuff said)
2007 - Arkansas (McFadden ties single game SEC record for rushing yds w/ 321)
2010 - Auburn (Stephen Garcia's worst performance, absolute travesty)

He probably means the regular season game. Garcia screwed up pretty bad late with a couple of turnovers if I remember correctly. One fumble when he tried to scramble very late in the game.

As a UK fan, I've sat through many a blow out losses. But the most unbearable game I can remember UK playing was a game it actually one. It was in the late 90's (97 or 98 I think) against Indiana. There was a perpetual downpour all game bordering on monsoon conditions. As bad as that was, the football ineptitude on the field was even worse. As I recall, UK won 3-0 on a late fourth quarter field goal. Then again, my memory of the game is a little fuzzy as I had lots of bourbon that afternoon.

In person. LSU losing to Miami(OH) 21-12 in 1986. Wound up with 9 wins that season.
A close second would be LSU losing to Florida in 1993 58-3. I remember Hallman saying in the post game interview on the ride home about how we did a good job of running the ball. I think we had less than 20 yards rushing or some other similar number.

Jacksonville St. 2010
ETA: Granted losing to rivals and games with titles on the line hurt. However, nothing is worse than waiting an entire offseason coming off two pretty good years, having expectations of at least another good year, and the addition of a potential Heisman trophy candidate at Quarterback, to go out and play the worse second half of football ever. That game was horrible.

Really? Did you watch that Cotton bowl against Missouri? Most pitiful display of effort ever.

21-0
Was horrible after such a great season. Watching that team suck so much offense. I drank myself to sleep that night lol

Tie between La Tech and Ole Miss. (The were both wins but they were painful and sloppy. We should have lost to Ole Miss.)

Our 2011 season got so bad that I just quit watching our football games altogether.. I have never seen a single play from the La Tech game, Egg Bowl or Kentucky game... Only saw 2 plays from the LSU game... A pick 6 in the first half and Mettenberger taking a knee inside the 10 yd line... Only reason I saw those plays was because that's all Sportscenter showed from the game and I didn't look away from the TV ... I have to assume from viewing some of the box scores that those games resembled a pack of male baboons gang raping a crippled female.

2009 vs. USCe featured on ESPN as the Thursday night game. Was particularly painful because of how high our expectations were that year.

Most unbearable game to watch?
Pick any of the following games from the 2011 season:
Oklahoma State
Arkansas
at Texas Tech (even though we won)
Missouri
at Kansas State
Texas
Most unbearable game to BE at in person is actually a tie between three games we WON:
1a. Oklahoma 1997. A&M won 51-7, but it was just over 10 degrees outside at night and windy.
1b. Texas 1997. A&M won 28-17. Game was played in a torrential downpour.
1c. Oklahoma 1998. A&M won 29-0. Game was played in a rainstorm that actually cut the power for a certain amount of time. The game that got John Blake fired.
