This is a typical UT fan comment. Its always the ref's and never the team getting beat on their own dumb mistakes or just losing to a better prepared team that wants to win.

Is Texas going to give LSU a run for their money as the fan base that complains the most? We can use a fan base like that around here.

How many tittie-babies can ONE conference bear?

Wouldn't it be funny, if the Texas QB got a late hit and taken out. In comes Manning to lead them to a win. Funny, huh?

You act like this is going to be a close game.

You know that Texas is dangerous the first 4 weeks. They play lights out for the beginning of the year.

They end up shitting themselves in the middle of the season.

They’ll lose by a touchdown or 10 points max.

That's interesting. My uncle up in Georgetown is a big Texass fan and keeps up with everything. He hasn't said anything this bad but did say it looked like Manning wasn't close to ready. I assumed it was just lack of experience.

Maybe more to this... A lot of people closer to this on these boards kept saying he was really overrated. That was before he committed to Texass.

if you're talking about the refs, it depends on how sexy your team is, i.e., are they contending?

Guessing by the Big-12 commish's statements, Texas going to get a fairer whistle in Bryant-Denny than their conference schedule in 2023.

I know for a fact A&M gets regularly screwed by SEC officials, but surprisingly our matches with Alabama is one of the few games where the officiating always seems pretty fair.

For a program like Texas though, anything less than the typical b.s. officiating in your favor will seem to you like you're getting screwed. And no one will care.
