They haven't agreed to it yet, and neither has Comcast.
I would do the month-to-month deal until you know ofr sure they will get it. While they currently have the Big 10 Network, I believe they balked on it the first year of the network (although no one really knew what the network would be at the time). And I'm pretty sure they don't carry the Pac 12 Network yet.
They'll eventually get it, but I could still see DTV & Comcast holding out past August for negotiation purposes.

I'm giving DTV until June to get the SECN. After that I'm off to Uverse if they don't pick it up. They're still saying they're in "negotiations" with ESPN.

You should wait a couple of months to see, and tell them why you are waiting.
