You could be right, he could have been speeding, going at a high rate of speed into a "death wobble" laying the bike over and skidding into a ditch.

Just as plausible...

Well, I talked about my friend about this and he agreed with me. So if you look at it that way, it's not even an opinion anymore and can't be debated

First...
Yeah, the guy with a bunch of broken ribs is going to pull a bike off the side of the road, and then move it far enough down the road where it wouldn't be considered in/out of the curve.

or those who helped him moved the bike which I suspect they probably did then the ASP would fill the report from where the bike was located

Yeah, a bunch of strangers are going to pull a bike off the side of the road, and then move it far enough down the road where it wouldn't be considered in/out of the curve.

You must not be familiar with Highway 16 or the area

Admittedly, I'm not.

It's almost all curvy

So, there are straight areas. As the State Patrol noted in the accident report when he made the diagram and got measurements.

quote:

It's not Bobby's fault the officer must be a dumbass and said it was a straight road

I'll go with the public servant, his diagram and measurements, that can be verified, at this point.

The point that you're missing is that Bobby Petrino said he lost it on a curve but the road was straight.

So you have been to the scene of the accident?

That is what happened when I wrecked mine, except they were in a pick up and we loaded it and dropped it and me off at the hospital.

Well what you're not understanding is that the road was straight and was recorded by a state patrolman as being such

I'm saying the ASP isn't full of competent non-lazy individuals...
