Now that you’ve seen Tua healthy (vs OU) vs Tua unhealthy (vs UGA), is UGA > OU?

I believe with a healthy Tua in the SEC Championship Game, Georgia would have been an easier game than Oklahoma was last night. Oklahoma beats Georgia on a neutral field.

Hell yes we knew Georgia was better than Oklahoma to begin with. We also knew they were better than ND. I still like Alabama over Georgia with a healthy Tua but that doesn’t diminish what Georgia is.
Bama
Clemson
Georgia
Oklahoma

Absolutely agree. Healthy tua was insane, and OU moved the ball better than UGA

The rankings this year was the committee taking the easy way out. They did not do a good job. By putting Georgia and Alabama in they were essential saying the conf championship games don’t matter(which they don’t) and they aren’t ready to make that statement. Even in a loss you knew Georgia was the third best team. It may sound arrogant but CFB has become comparing teams that they think can beat Alabama or Clemson.

Hmmmm, Dawgs had a 2 TD lead over Bama’s D. What was OU’s lead again. Lots of stupidity in this thread.

Agreed, but still Murray > Tua, they got the heisman right.

You mean if UGA didn’t have a pass rush to rattle your boy? Playing OU’s D is like playing Madden

You had a 2TD lead because Bama had 14 points in the middle of the 3rd Quarter. With a healthy Tua, you’d have probably been down 42-28 at that point.

I’d take Oklahoma over Georgia.

This isn’t last year. That game is a toss up...again. UGA and ou are even teams both years. Bama is just better

You’re right. OU’s defense is much worse this year.

OU & UGA need to play more often. Could become a great new rivalry.

well, it was a mostly healthy Tua last night. Not totally yet. I don't think we're going to get that till next season.

I know Tua was hurt but Georgia is just as physical as Bama and their QB while not as athletic as Tua is just as accurate and intelligent. Georgia is the only team I see in CFB that I think can beat Alabama and Clemson. Oklahoma has a dynamic offense but you have to be able to play adequate defense. Honestly the only stops they had were because Bama had several unforced penalties. That’s not me trolling that’s exactly what I saw.

Georgia’s db’s covered Bama’s wr’s better than anyone this year. Some of Tua’s issues was that their were no open receivers like he had throughout the season. Tua definitely made passes during the year that were perfect in tight coverage.
