You guys are jumping the gun about Tennessee's defense. Tennessee blitzed one time the entire game. lol at anyone thinking we threw the kitchen sink at Bowling Greeb. They do have a good QB and nice WR's though.

If Tenn were smart they'd fire Butch Jones and hire Chad Kelly right now after this season.. they'd be scary good in 1-2 years if they did that.
I have zero worries about UT as long as that staff is there.

we put up 600 yards of offense yesterday. I dont see how oklahoma can keep
up with our offense. We should cruise by double digits.

Lol all of this. Like we are going to show anything to OU. Dobbs only threw 22 times. All we did was pound the rock down their throat

We didn't even put up 600 yards of offense on "cupcakes" last year. Except for South Carolina
We had 400 rushing yards. We haven't done that in about two decades.

The QB is talented but I don't ususally describe 5'10" 175 lb white WRs as "nice." I use the words "JUCO" or "D two."

Bowling Green put up 540 yds on UT...I just watched a little of the game at a bar. Defense didnt look good.
New Mexico State returned QB, WR (with over 70 catches in 2014) and top RB. We held them to just a little over 200 yds. Our team speed was amazing...some of you folks need to watch replays of this game to see how quick our defense reacted and we had 2 starting safeties out.
Our QBs will put the fear of God in you now...Grier is the real deal and has split second release and very accurate....Harris played very well and shows improved arm strength. Driskels release could be times with sundial and y'all fixing to see what a really potent offense + defense can do. Our defense will put the hairless freakshow on the ground early and often. Good luck against Sooners...have to pull for SEC against OOC.

You can't give up that many yards and points against Bowling Green and not have some concern about the Oklahoma game.

You're right... Vol secondary is awesome... Guess you'll have to blame another year of losses to Bama , UGA and Florida on a different position group.

No one is saying that but our entire defense is predicated on our pass rush fricking shite up. We brought more than 4 defenders once the entire game. We were missing two of our main contributors that will be back for Oklahoma.

Oklahoma's D is a lot better than I thought it would be and Tennessee's was a lot worse.
Oklahoma's offense though, took about 2 quarters to get going.
If they start slow on offense, UT might be able to jump on them early, but I don't think they will have the same success running against OU that they did against Bowling Green.
I like Tennessee in a close one though, because they looked good on special teams.
38-35 UT wins.
