I'd probably list Terry Bowden and Bobby Petrino ahead of Trooper. We actually know some things about them as opposed to just assuming things.

That he had dirty dealings with players. That he improperly had a hand in a players recruitment while not a coach. That he directed sex to recruits (I'm guessing we are going to get a third hand story about your friend who was a tigerrette).
What do you know that makes him a scumbag?
FWIW, I'm not saying he isn't a scumbag, I just haven't seen any real evidence of such other than rumors.
