That orange represents the inner darkness that all of us have, externally manifested in the same color shite orange my dog had after he ate an entire peanut butter pie off the counter.

When I was growing up, if I said Auburn was my least favorite team, my dad corrected me and told me it was Tennessee.

Older fans would say this (55+?), younger fans wouldn't.

Fair enough. I guess Tennessee has just sucked since I was young and that takes away from my perception of anything they're involved in as a big rivalry.

They haven't sucked THAT long unless you were born in the late 90's and remember them from about 2004-2005 onward. It's a very intense rivalry. It has eased some since phat phuck fulmer left though. A LOT of hatred there for his little snitching stunt in the early 2000's(especially since tennessee was bidding for albert means too).

Thanks for posting that, I was too lazy and bummed out to look for it.

I agree with the kid, it's easy to hate Tennessee especially in the 90's as a Gator fan.

I've always considered A&M a friendly rival. LSU/UF (permanent inter-division opponent) and LSU/Hogs (The Boot) are concoctions of expansion. LSU has played Aggies more than several SEC clubs. I think it's a natural rivalry and am happy it will now be an annual game...hopefully Thanksgiving Friday.

All of my friends who grew up "traditional" Alabama families with ties to the program or a long tradition of family members associated with the school are all as anti-Tennessee as I am. Even the young people. We couldn't escape it.

tennessee could go winless for the next 10 years and I would still hate them.

It would be so much fun to be able to say we won 16 years in a row.

The sad thing is, Tennessee has a better record than aTm since 05.

That's the way I feel about Georgia. Florida could beat Georgia 100-0 and it still wouldn't be by enough points.

As far as Alabama goes, ever notice their 2 biggest rivals have the color orange?

Lol wut? Tennessee has only been bad for like 4 years.

I suppose you think the UT-A&M rivalry sucks as well since A&M has pretty much sucked since '99.
