1. Holding call on Ziemba that was no where close and negated a 30 yard play putting us in scoring range

2. Worst PI call of the season gave Arky a TD

3. Aweful roughing the passer that the annoucers agreed should not have been called

4. Aweful spot on 4th down that gave Arky ANOTHER TD

1.Cannot be overturned by replay
2. Cannot be overturned by replay
3.Cannot be overturned by replay
4. Well, challenge rthe fricking spot. Wait a minute. That was challenged by the replay official and it also happened to be the ONLY replay that didn't have sufficient evidence to be overturned. Spotting the ball is rarely overturned.

All of the "evidence" given by Auburn fans since yesterday of how the officiating was bad on both sides involve calls that are basically judgment calls. PI and holding calls? Please. You guys make me laugh.

The thing is that the calls being complained about were NOT judgment calls. A ball is either fumbled or not. What makes it even more of an insult is that there was no TD ruling on the field. The guy with he best view ruled a fumble, but the officials got together and changed the ruling to a TD WITHOUT a good look. That just so happens to mean that the burden of proof is on the Arky side of the argument.

BTW, there was a clear view of the ball coming out from the runningback's hands before it crossed the line. Auburn fans should man up and admit it cause there is going to be a time when you guys need replay and the officials are going to laugh at your asses and screw you like they did us against bama last year and they just did Arky.

EVERY SEC fan should be PISSED that the SEC has replay in name only.
Seriously, if you need better visual evidence than what they had Saturday or what they had in the Bama/LSU game last year, then there really is no such thing as indisputable evidence and the SEC should rip out the monitors in the booths and stop wasting money on those idiots they call officials in the booths.

I agree, if you're an Arky fan you have to be wondering if you're going to get a fair shake v the top teams in the SEC.

I'm not going to read this whole thread, just got a few spare minutes.

This is the 3rd year in a row that questionable calls have directly led to the difference in points of an Arkansas loss...

I usually do not complain about officiating, but these games were obvious bad calls, phantom PIs, fumbles, non-fumbles, ball spots on winning drives, field goals after play clock expired, refs being suspended after the game, etc.

It isn't just Arkansas, the officiating is quite frankly sub par to other conferences. Arkansas has been on the wrong end of the calls in the Florida/Auburn game where "surprise" the home, higher ranked, unbeaten team is on the ropes and need that little edge to get them over the top. Other teams have seen this where the bad calls always seem to be favoring the BCSMNC hopeful and then the conspiracies arise of the SEC protecting the teams for the $$$.

You could see similar in the Texas/Nebraska game last year, there was no way Nebraska was going to be "allowed" to win the game. If this continues why not have Vince McMahon come in and run things in the true sense of sports entertainment, ECU MNC 2012!

You play on Alabama soil, expect the worst. Welcome to the "We got screwed, and not the good way in Alabama" fraternity.

Correct, and the disappointing fact --it appears to have litte impact on improvement of officiating.

You are an idiot. Plain and simple. The TWO replay calls in question were most certainly judgement calls. I agree it appeared on the fumble, the ball had not crossed the goalline, however as pointed out MULTIPLE times on the broadcast, the question was whether there was indisputable evidence to overturn. That is a judgement call. The announcers were unsure and while I THINK it was a fumble, the video did not show with 100% certainty it was. The bad spot looked like a bad spot. However, it MAY not have been BEYOND any question. One call resulted in an AU TD. The other resulted in an Arky TD.

I pointed out 4 calls, three of which led directly to points for Arky or against AU.

IF and it is a big fricking IF, the game had been perfectly officiated, Auburn would have won by MORE points than they did.

More calls went against AU than for AU, period. It sucked, but Auburn overcame it.

Unfortunately against LSU last year and in 2007, EVERY questionable call went against AU. It sucked and we lost.

In 2007 if the questionable calls had not ALL gone against AU including an AWEFUL spot on the final drive(one of 3 in the game in LSU's favor), LSU would have probably lost the game and never gotten a shot in the 2007 BCSNC.

So, for all you LSU fans bitching and moaning, you can thank the refs for one of your crystal balls.

They most certainly were not.

Yeah right. Auburn was given two touchdowns and I don't recall UA receiving any free touchdowns.

And Auburn can thank Reggie Bush for their crystal ball, oh wait, nevermind.
