that's not how it works, Cleetus. keep trying though. you're very amusing.

Problem with the tiebreakers:

1. Head to head - push (A&M > OU > OSU > A&M...)
2. vs. Division - All 4-1
3. vs. common opponents - all 2-0 (Oklahoma and A&M played Missouri, A&M and Oklahoma State played Nebraska)
4. vs. opposite division - all 2-1
5. BCS ranking - Oklahoma was the only top ten BCS team at the time

Let's say, for all intents and purposes, that neither LSU nor A&M lost to Florida:

Alabama, LSU, and A&M would all have been 7-1 in conference.

Who wins that tie?

All time? Depends on the era, especially comparing to Arkansas.

But if going our entire history it's LSU then A&M and then barely behind us is Arkansas

And now you're starting another 5 pages with Arkansas fans jumping in here

For your hypothetical CGCS

1)(Once the tie has been reduced to two teams, go to the two-team tie-breaker format.)

2)Combined head-to-head record among the tied teams. all would be 1-1

3)Record of the tied teams within the division. all would have been 5-1

4)Records against the team within the division with the best overall (divisional and non-divisional) Conference record and proceeding through the division. Multiple ties within the division will be broken from first to last. all beat all other SEC West teams

5)Complete record vs. non-division teams. all would've been 11-1

6)Complete record vs. all common non-divisional teams.all wins

7)Record vs. common non-divisional team with the best overall Conference (divisional and non-divisional) record and proceeding through other common non-divisional teams based on their order of finish within their division.still tied

8)The tied team with the highest ranking in the Bowl Championship Series Standings following the last weekend of regular-season games shall be the divisional representative in the SEC Championship Game, unless the second of the tied teams is ranked within five-or-fewer places of the highest ranked tied team. In this case, the head-to-head results of the top two ranked tied teams shall determine the representative in the SEC Championship Game.A&M eliminated here. Bama goes as they beat LSU head up

Not necessarily true!

Florida was #24 when they played A&M. Had A&M won, it is conceivable that they would have been #24 the following week. Between the Ole Miss and LSU games, A&M went from unranked to 18th (2 weeks).

LSU was #4 when they lost to Florida. They played A&M 2 weeks later.

Looking at the BCS rankings for week 6, it is conceivable that A&M would be 10th the week of the LSU/Florida game. It is also conceivable that the LSU/A&M game would have been #4 vs. #6 instead of #6 vs. #18 if they were both unbeaten.

EVEN WITH ONE LOSS, LSU was #5 the week they played Alabama. It's reasonable to assume that A&M would be no lower than 10th that week.

Assuming Alabama beat LSU, now you have #5 LSU and #7 Texas A&M in the BCS rankings.

Assuming A&M then beat Alabama...you now have a HUGE mess. How do you rank 4-7 as Georgia, Alabama, LSU, and A&M all would only have one loss...the latter three to each other.

After Oregon and Kansas State lose...how then do you rank #2 through #5? See above.

In that scenario, you may have #2 Georgia, but then what?

you can say whatever you want. like....LSU is 23-11 against A&M since 1945

So I can say that over the last two decades, A&M has a .714 winning percentage against LSU? Winning more than twice as many contests as LSU? Is that why you're so butthurt about it? Y'all are almost as bad as gumps. Almost.
