Paid refs, racist refs...you name it. I didn't watch the game, but he does provide several examples of terrible calls. Did anyone watch? Was it as bad as this guy (and the 1000 in the comments section) says?

West Coast and I both watched it I believe. I don't think it was fixed by any means, but it was definitely some dog crap refereeing. One of the poorest reffed games I've ever seen.

i only watched like first quarter and bits and pieces the rest of the way. cant really comment on the reffing but the notion that the game was fixed because the ref was racist has to be the greatest excuse ever and why hasnt a&m though of that

I watched parts of the game and there were a few bad calls that all went against Texas. Specifically remember an incorrect roughing the qb call that negated a turnover or big play the Texas defense.

Thanks. I opened it expecting to see your typical whine fest following a loss blaming refs, but the guy presented a compelling case. Obviously one sided though. Was wondering what a neutral view was.

FWIW, I've never started a thread about Texas and likely won't ever again. I saw it on Twitter and the headline grabbed my attention.

They flagged the DT for holding an OL that was a terrible call. I think it was a 3rd down too. There were several more and lots of questionable plays that they did not review.

OSU = Ohio State on this board. Okie lite or Ok. St. are more acceptable.

I didn't watch the game, but I don't think the B12 fixed any game to go against the whorns.

At the end of the day texass lost because the offense only managed 2 TDs. Texas offensive stats

11 first downs
Heard was 9/17 for 119 yards and 1 int
290 yards of total offense

Watched the game this evening on DVR.Not even going to get into the unsportsmanlike call on Charlie Strong that really put Okie Lt into position to kick the game tying field goal. Charles lost his cool and cost the team.

texass mismanaged the game and this was on the coaches. They burned a timeout with 48 seconds to stop the clock on 3rd and long deep in their own territory. Should have let the clock run on down because they weren't going to move the ball against Okie Lt anyway. 3rd down went for next to nothing and they had to punt.

After the punt snap debacle they let Okie St run the clock down to 10 seconds. Okie Lt kicker came out and they didn't attempt to ice him at all. This is a kicker that had previous struggles. He promptly kicked it through.

Final kickoff was with 6 seconds left and clock ran out on the return. texass ended the game with 2 timeouts left.

Fundamentally flawed. No conspiracy.

You can clearly see #95 is holding in one of the plays that the Longhorn blogger is bitching about. This so-called outrage over officiating is just a bunch of butthurt from a fan base that is used to having all of the calls go their way.

This is akin to Alabama fans complaining about holding calls.
