Yes, Alabama's playing for a national title, and possibly will sign their third straight top ranked class, but we're "hearing footsteps" from Auburn. Please. Auburn will obviously improve their overall talent, but Alabama is hardly going down any. Saban and staff are stock piling at a very high rate.

Saban is pulling in a lot of talent no lie but AU is coming up fast and with our senior heavy roster next year we'll make a strong run at it next year. I don't see the SEC West getting any easier in the near future especially if Petrino gets a defense under him at Arkansas.

I associate TideFans with tards.

Realism is not compatible with that site, therefore I am calling bullshite on your claim.

Call me crazy, but I've got a feeling AU offers Newton this weekend and he signs. He'll be a perfect fit for Malzahn and I'm sure Newton wants to go where he can best put up huge numbers...

Check my posts there. I'm no sunshine pumper. I've been banned and warned on that site in the past for not agreeing with moderators. I use the site mostly for recruiting, because there is pretty reliable information on there.

Watch out bama

Take a look at Bama's recruits and our ranking as of now. We are doing ok and will continue to do good.

But the AU coaches are doing a good job too. It's amazing what can happen when the coaches recruit and not go duck hunting.

I'm just kidding with you.

In all reality I was searching for a South Carolina forum for info on Lattimore and a TideFans topic came up talking about how Auburn fans are idiots for thinking we have a prayer with him. You were in on that thread

The only thing I'll EVER remember about that site is the huge thread that thought that Auburn should put an asterisk next to our overall record with Alabama because we beat Alabama when they were on probation

Just because I think Lattimore will go to South Carolina doesn't mean I'm a sunshine pumper, regardless of whether I posted that on TideFans or not.

You will be spared.

I live in SoCal what kind of banner should I put up on the 710 bridge concerning Bama? This may go on the OT. Tiger rant.

Let's be honest here. Any fan site, that's devoted entirely to one team, is going to be seeing through [insert color here] sunglasses.

True, but TideFans really just sets the scale in terms of homerism.

And it starts with that douche that runs the joint. I think TideSports sucks but at least they foster SOME criticisms from their own fans.

If Newton comes to Auburn than the QB situation just turned into a giant clusterfrick for next year.

Guessing Newton/Caudle for 1/2 or 2/1 and then Rollison, Trotter, and Mosely round out the rest?

Honestly, if Newton is in, I think it will be a fight between Newton and Rollison.

I dunno. Senior leadership is a good quality to have.

I'll just leave the hard decisions up to the coaches.

yes Newton and Jeffrey Lee said the reason we are taking him is because he is too good to pass up and could come in and make us a contender right away...fwiw
