Make a mental note to visit Quebec City in the summer and stay somewhere on Grande Allee. Girl to guy ratio there is at least 8:1. I've been there 3 times on business and have never seen anything like it.

I agree about Quebec City, except I put it second behind Tel Aviv.
Tel Aviv boasts the most concentrated bunch of beautiful bitches ever in one place.
Quebec City has all that French hotty influence though, I'll give it that. Although there are some seriously snobby anti-American bitches to be found in Quebec City.
Ever notice how many girls in Windsor are from Quebec City ... and ask yourself why?
