I thought this last year at Tennnessee and I think it is probably true this year too...Alabama is probably saying "we don't allow Tiger Walk" to preempt liability if some fools get hurt over there during their self-proclaimed "we're doing it anyway!" demonstration. I mean seriously, do you think the Bama Admin can physically STOP hundreds of fans from being there when the buses arrive? Do you think they give a shite? Tiger Walk all you want...they are just "not allowing it" so they have a defense in an injury lawsuit.

Auburn is going to only have 20K fans in town this weekend? Weak.

That's probably what it is.

The way the OP presented it though, Alabama was waving a middle finger in the air.

The only way that the University would be able to stop it would be to block off where the players are going to be dropped off at.

I'm trying to tell y'all are going to have a tough time getting 1K in that area.

I may go thru there after the Tiger Walk though. Cam may have dropped some cash by accident.

I'm sure this has nothing to do with the fact that the area where the Tiger Walk would occur (and occured in years past) has been dramatically altered by the south endzone expansion...nope, not one bit...

Its gonna be cramped, but I fully expect it to be wall to wall Auburn fans. You could probably pack it out with 500 people + buses.

Scalpers are going to have a field day selling tickets for this one. I could see face x 3 being a kickoff price.

I just hope they don't call it the elephant walk. If so I would be very uncomfortable witnessing that.

The gate to my seats are right where the visitors' locker room is and it is a tight squeeze especially with the changes with the new expansion. That corner of the stadium is right next to the cemetery impedes pedestrian traffic flow to and around the stadium. The television trucks are right next to the gate as well. Also, there is a shuttle block off point within a block of that gate as well. All I know is that I will let the area clear out well before I even attempt to go to my seat.

Oh hell yeah!

The chickenshit bama fricktards are so petrified they have said AU can't have a Tiger Walk.

They just guaranteed the biggest Tiger Walk BD has ever seen.

^^ See what I mean? ^^

Bama absolves themselves of liability, and the Auburn "fricktards" eat up their "disrespect" and jam even more people into the thing...the thing that Bama doesn't give a shite about anyway.

Oooo....you showed them Auburn...you showed 'em...

at tennessee last year we just lined up around where the busses went through. the fans might not be allowed all the way up to the drop off point but they will just be lined up as close to the stadium as they can get. Bama saying they wont allow the Tiger Walk will just cause more people to show up for the event even if the reason is like what devilsadvocat stated. it wont be the same as usual but it will happen in some fashion.
