NO other team had more to prove than FSU, yet they chose to QUIT instead of COMPETE.

FSU had an opportunity to prove the CFP committee wrong by at least making this game competitive. Instead they chose to pout like little kids who don’t get their way and throw a tantrum.

This ABSOLUTELY has to do with the culture of FSU and Norvell. Think about what would have happened if Bama had been left out instead. I can tell you this…we all would be feeling sorry for whoever Bama was going to play in the bowl game bc Saban would have that team ready to play with an “Imma prove you wrong” mentality.

These are culture defining moments and It’s going to take FSU a long time to get over this.

They can’t even point to this as a great season without seeing the giant turd Kirby put on top of it for them. 63-3? Worst loss in postseason play and FSU history.

Totally agree. FSU went from nearly unanimous sympathy to scorn and derision in 60 minutes. Quitters.

UGA also got fricked. If it's "tHe FoUr BeSt TeAmS durrr" then UGA should have been in. But UGA didn't quit. They showed up with a point to prove and laid the wood.

Be more like Georgia, Noles.

It’s hard to make it competitive when most of their scholarship players and top talent opt out. This has been discussed plenty.

The choices were pouting like a child or being determined to prove everyone wrong. Pretty clear what they chose

Hence them being called quitters.

I’m not taking anything away from Georgia. They did what they were trained to do. It’s just pathetic to see the opposition not hold up their end of the deal.
