When they say, “the contract expires”, who agreed to the contract in the first place? Did the schools back then agree or was it a league call? I never knew

The schools agreed to a 10-year deal when TAMU was still in the Big 12. We played some games in College Station and Fayetteville after joining the SEC, but Jerry held us to finish the deal.

It was pretty cool before aggy joined the conference but it needs to be on campus now.

Arkansas wanted to play in Texas every year for recruiting purposes. A&M wanted a game in Dallas to compete with Texas/OU. It was a good idea but it’s ran its course.

I don't know but I think so. Every projection I've seen has this. Seems like both schools want it. for whatever reason.
