That's debatable.

Aren't you thinking of Missouri for grad school?

I'll agree with that. Omaha is pretty cool though.

I've got family in Omaha. It's an okay place to visit in the summer.

Ya'll think Missouri is a frozen tundra?
In the winter time Omaha is just miserable.

Look up the grove on youtube. Everyone is getting hammered. They are just doing it out of plastic cups because they is so classy.
And there is no grilling. no grilling = no tailgate

It's true. Oxford is dry. Hell, the entire State of Mississippi is dry. If you are caught with so much as a bottle of Robitussin, your arse is goin to jail and the preacher will do the hangin. If I were you, I'd just stay at home, cook up the meth and watch it on TV, Mizzou style.

Just put it in a cup or put a coozie on your beer and you won't have any problems. I never have any problems come to think of it and I haven't missed a home game in years.

Best tip I can give you is just don't act like a dickhead. I'm sure cops give obnoxious opposing fans a little more attention.

Definitely a culture gap. In Missouri, all elementary kids go to the brewery for a tour around the third grade. We have the most relaxed alcohol laws in the country.

You apparently have the most isolated and ignorant people in America too.

- Do you understand Louisiana INVENTED the word GO-CUP?

- Do you know that in New Orleans, the 4-5 year old tee ball games at the playground the concession stand sells beer and wine?

- In Louisiana if you want a nip of Courvoisier? Single malt scotch, etc? Just stop at the local gas station, or convenience store, or drug store, or grocery store, or...

- When was the last time you stopped into a pub and saw two or three baby baskets on the bar, moms chatting away, as is common in Louisiana?

- When was the last time a State trooper pulled you over and you asked him to hold your beer while you get your license out of your wallet... and he does it.. as happens in Louisiana?

- No YOU can't drink at the grove, other people can but crude show-mes are discouraged from attending, unless they have a lawnmower in the back of their pickup, or are wearing a white uniform of some kind.

Ole Miss is the only place I have ever been where they let you bring a cooler full of beer into a baseball game.

I think they are okay with a little alcohol.

If you don't want to play by our rules, you can stay at home or go to jail. If you stay at home, someone else will spend the money, the oxford economy will hum along and you'll miss out on a great time.

It's interesting that the men of Ole Miss have let society take Dixie and alcohol from them..

Your ancestors are rolling in their graves.

What is weird about this is that the people who took Dixie away are the same people complaining about the strict alcohol laws.
