Saban is a jerk. The media probably made him that way. He's annoyed, but that doesn't justified stupid responses.

Never doubt, every word out of his mouth is planned and it is directed towards his team, not the media. It has always been his way of saying to the team, "you ain't all that, don't lose focus". Has nothing to do with the media.

how can you not admit that saban is wound up tight? that's what makes him a great coach, but also what's gonna kill him.
he can't enjoy anything. he's got all those championships and all he worries about is the ones that got away.
every year he gets more and more annoyed with anything other than running his football team. it's real, man.
dude is just too focused. However, he'll probably die happy in the saddle.
for the guy who thinks I was predicting saban to leave - I never have. nick loves what he does, and he'll be carried out on his shield.
I kinda feel sorry for him. there's so much more to life.
