He has changed greatly since being at Alabama. There was quite a bit of emotion in his voice at the vigil for the tornado victims.

I've listened to enough of his press conferences and interviews the last ten years to see that he has changed.

God forbid I notice a massive difference in the way he handles public engagements now, as opposed to to his first couple of years at Alabama. It ain't that damn hard to understand. So Saban has made three different Florida head coaches quit at some point in their careers.
1. Spurrier left bcause he saw he wouldn't be able to hang with his LSU teams.
2. Muschamp, while a Miami Dolphins assistant left because he processed his mom.
3. Urban left because he couldn't beat Saban with Tebow & couldn't beat five teams without Tebow.
