He can see that all three will be turning that Tide, he should be worried.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that Saban has a way of knowing what is proposed before you and me do

Looks like 3 bottom 8 teams.

Jesus, Saban sounds like a pussy. Scared to play LSU and Tennessee, now that the Vols are good again.

You do realize that Bama has played all of these teams for decades, right?

He's been playing those teams his entire career, I don't see why continuing to play them is that big of a deal to him. Auburn was never going anywhere and Tenn is and old rivalry. LSU is the game TV and fans want year after year it has delivered on CBS Saturday nights.

If fan songs determine which rivals each school will get, then props to whichever school is smart enough to open the season with a song about Kentucky, South Carolina, and Vandy.

He’s lost two of past three to LSU in full seasons recognized by the NCAA. He just lost to UT and sees it has come out of its long slumber. Did you read his quotes?

What narrative? He’s quoted as saying he doesn’t like it.

Yeah but now that everyone in division doesn’t play each other, that changes things

He doesn’t want 3 hard ones when other teams in division don’t. This isn’t hard to figure out

I hope the SEC does not make a mess of this, the three permanent rivals system could be fantastic.

I’m beating a dead horse here but for LSU, our three need to be: Bama, Ole Miss and State.

You would pick State over Texas A&M? That's a total lie fabricated to get an easier permanent opponent. You despise this team, raise hell 24/7 over here about them and the aggies have bested you enough that they are poison to the system.

That is a sellout dude.

Bama, Ole Miss, A&M would be a great 3 for LSU. That guy is a wuss.

Like Saban. Crying that "muh opponents too hard"

That is likely the case, but he really needs to STFU until the conference makes it public. His little jabs do nothing but stir the pot and get folks & hack journalists worked up spinning "scared" shite. Then if/when Bama gets AU/UT/MSU folks will say Saban was behind the change and they'll be up in arms over it.

Sorry but Saban knows if he publicly complains about something, it usually gets fixed to his liking.

He wouldn’t do it otherwise

Coach Saban's scheduling would suggest you're talking out of your butt.

2 permanent rivals are plenty. I want everyone to get around the league in 2 seasons. We all need to be playing the same schedule.

Saban didn't go to an opposing non-conference stadium for 11 years. He always made sure he had seven home games, 3 easy wins, and one neutral game at a stadium he knew would be at least 50% bama fans. He has always talked about tougher schedules but his actions were always the opposite.

Before bama fans yell at me I understand his stance and the results speak for themselves. He wants every advantage possible, no problem. But righr now he sounds like a spoiled child.

And spare me the non-conference schedule in the future. He knows he won't be coaching in those years.
