Do you think he gets drafted?

He's fast - it might work

I think he gets drafted in rounds 4-5. His combine unversed will be sick. His size is great and many teams will take a flyer on him in the mid rounds especially if he returns kicks too

Nick would have been an AA DB as well as a 1st round pick if he had not switched. He will make a good NFL DB even without having played the position for 2-3 years....just minus the extra millions in signing bonus he would have earned as a high position pick in the draft. But Gus got out of him what he needed and he took one for the family.

This is confusing when talking about Auburn. j/k Good luck to Nick.

George Wilson was a wide receiver for the Hogs and is a safety for the Titans,so I don't see why Marshall can't transition as well.

That's valid. Good luck to him, he has all the tools he needs to be a Richard Sherman-type physically. Hopefully he's not as big of an a-hole off the field as Sherman.
I hope the kid succeeds at the next level, but the truth is that neither he nor his coaches did him any favors moving him from his natural position. It obviously benefitted the team but very well may have cost him a career in the NFL.

TTsTowell owes me an apology.
Told that goober Marshall had no shot at NFL QB.

He made that decision himself. He went to the JUCO he did because he wanted to move back to QB. The schools that he narrowed his list down to coming out of JUCO were because he wanted to play the QB position. If a guy's mind is made up, the coach's responsibility is to make him successful at that position.

I am sure he will do well at corner but that guy is electric with the ball in his hands. I would rather see him in a slot receiver type role.

If that's the case, then it's on him.

Is this your professional opinion?

You're an idiot.

Nick Marshall was one of the best QB's in Auburn history. Loved him at QB and wish him well at DB.
I was afraid that he had ruined his chance at the NFL by switching and hopefully, his athletic ability will give a team enough to take a chance on him...
