Curious how a poor country QB will pay $1100 out of pocket?

Uh, we're going to conveniently leave 1100 bucks on the ground.

No, I am sure Saban will have plenty of punishment for Reed.

I don't think you really understand what you are talking about. The consequence is the fine he has to pay.

In many jurisdictions you can lawfully be arrested and booked for routine traffic violations. However, for the sake of judicial efficiency, officers can and do simply issue citations and release the person. In Georgia(and many other jurisdictions), they allow this same procedure for minor marijuana possession charges.

Cop who stopped him: He wasn't arrested.

Newspapers: He wasn't arrested.

Attorneys in this thread: He wasn't arrested.

You are saying the exact thing I am. With the arrest he will have the same consequences, paying the fine. They are the same.

Yeah I've had my car searched 3 times and never been cuffed. Probably due to the whiteness though

And yet he was given a citation. He was not arrested. You can be arrested for anything on the road (as small as not wearing a seatbelt)

Many police gives citations instead
