None of them can hold 2008 Florida's jock.

I love how Tennessee's win over Arkansas made possible by the Stoernover isn't listed as the narrow escape.

Way too simplistic to only look at undefeated teams. The '96 Gators are much much better than a number of those teams.

i'd have the 96 gators as #3 behind 94 penn st and 95 nebraska. there is no question in my mind that 96 florida team was better than the UT national championship team.

I am surprised something from NFL.com let this be published....should have put in there Tee Martin could also beat Florida as well.

'95 Nebraska has to be in serious consideration for GOAT.

Not anywhere near '91 UW. That Washington team was fricking awesome...only one close game all year (against a top 10 Cal team) and one of the better defenses I can ever remember. They blasted the other two top ten teams they played.

Man Nebraska football was absolutely filthy in the 90's.

I wish I had been born in the 80's so I could see those teams on the list play

I remember watching the first half of the '96 Nebraska-Florida game as a little 8-year old. Everyone thought Florida was going to run away with it. When my parents made me go to bed at halftime, Nebraska was up 35-10.

It's a damn shame that Nebraska and Penn State couldn't play each other in 94. If only the latter had stayed independent for 2 more years.
