You're not serious about Saban are you? He wont leave and he sucks in the NFL anyway.
Who would hire him after the shite he pulled in Miami?

He checks the waters all year long. He probably already has.

There's only one job Saban wants more than Alabama, and that one won't open up until Miles has 2 or 3 bad seasons in a row.

I am pretty sure this could be overcome contractually. Just add clauses protecting the team .

Saban can't coach NFL players. He can't handle them. He needs young kids he can intimidate.
NFL players just look at him and tell him talk to my agent little man.
There's a lot of truth in this.

Keep thinking that, why did he leave for Miami then?

Just my opinion, but he was freakin' putrid with Miami. Just awful. I don't think Dolphins management wanted him to stay.

His team was doing better. I think he ran into some lady trouble down there is the real story.

Could you imagine Saban trying to coach T.O. and pac-man? That would be some funny shite!

Nobody's mentioned the possibility of Les Miles leaving

if he turned down Michigan, he will retire from LSU, or he will be fired

A coach and his ego are hard to separate, though. I think the more failures that you see of good college coaches failing in the NFL is only going to make someone want to do it that much more. If your Les Miles, say, and you can go and be a success in the NFL, that is huge! And it puts you in a class that very few other coaches belong in.
I'm not saying Les should leave, but I can see where these guys can't turn down the challenge.

Sexton can call every NFL team owner and tell them that Saban would come coach their team and Saban would pay the team $5 million a year to be allowed to coach and he would not get a sniff.
The only way he leaves Bama is to return to LSU. I mean, like what, every third interview he has given, he mentions he that he made a mistake by leaving LSU.
