I remember how lost Mettenberger looked last year, and I remember how pitifully one dimensional LSU's offense was before Cameron took it over.
Cameron has probably turned Mettenberger into a first or second round NFL pick for next year. That is genius enough for me already.

This love fest is all very well and good...but knowing how fickle certain fans can be it will be interesting to see if Cameron is still an Offensive God if they lose to Bama again.

Cameron has already turned LSU's offense into one of the best in the SEC this year, and he hasn't even installed all of his offensive playbook yet.
If Mettenberger goes in the first round next year, LSU will become QB University in a few seasons with all the talent wanting to come.
The amount of elite offensive talent projected to sign with LSU out of Louisiana alone this year is what is so amazing, and LSU got Cam Cameron just in time!
Keeping him will be the trick!
