While I think Mullen is a much, much better head coach than Boom there's no way he'd be on Foley's radar he's all about high ceiling coaches-- potential is why Will still has his job (he'll actually probably be a great coach someday just not at Florida-- we don't want a defense first guy-- he needed 4 or 5 years at a Ole Miss/ Arky level program to figure out what does and doesn't work before taking a Bama/Florida/LSU level job).

How has everyone forgotten the melts mid season last year?
State fans wanted to fire Mullen on an off week all because OM knocked off one of the big names in conference, something mullen has proven he can't do.
Mark Hudspeth was their saviour in waiting.
All is fine with Mullen now because egg bowl is all that matters, 17-10, 4/5, frick ole piss

After seeing Ark success with Bellyma from the big101112, UF fires Boom and hires Jerry Kill from Minisoda with hopes to achieve what Bellyma did his first year.

Sure, but why the hell would an elite program like UF want to hire a coach who hasn't done jack shite in the ACC? Golden better worry about keeping the job he has after turning a 7-0 start into a 9-4 season and giving up an average of 525 YPG over their last 6 games.

I don't think there is any State fan out there who would want Chavis.
Mullen's not going anywhere and if he did we'd hire Mark Hudspeth.
