Of course TR will continue to get his carries, but McCarron's ability to spread the ball around has improved.

Not even close. Did you watch any of the Auburn/Bama game? Almost every pass he threw was to Smelley or one of the other TE's.

Smelley had 6 catches. Williams 2. That was nearly half of his passes completed and several more of his attempts went to TEs.

11 out of 23 pass attempts to the TEs. 14 out of 23 to the TEs or RBs. He hasn't shown improvement at all IMO.

I noticed that McCarron continues to act like an elated school girl when he completes a pass for a two-point conversation. Kid is such a douche. Even aside from the embarrassment that is his tatoo, the kid is a tool.

Sorry for partying?

I like how this stuck in your craw bad enough that you felt the need to bitch about it in a thread about the routes Bama's receivers run. You must be a real pleasant individual

I don't usually have the privilege to comment on McCarron and his jubilation. I'm actually jealous of how such a routine play in a blowout can make someone so unbelievably excited. In the words of your coach, "CALM THE frick DOWN."

Well bama's WRs have been underwhelming all season. Bell is starting to develop into a better deep threat but TEs are still their best option in the passing game. Maze and McCarron don't have good chemistry for some reason. Probably some of McCarron's inaccuracy on intermediate routes.

Maybe..but those pick routes need time to develop.

Auburn D-line had a hard time rushing 4 or 5 and getting any pressure.

Plus, I hope LSU has figured out the wheel routes with TR. Without those, game might not have been in OT...

Did this cat really call a conversion a "conversation" in two different posts??

I don't like AJ running around crazy celebrating like he does. But the 2 pt conversion play was the same play auburn scored their winning touchdown against us last year. It was big F U toward Auburn basically. And u may not fully understand the rivalry.

Actually, it wasn't. We did score earlier in the game on a similar play that Auburn ran last year, but it had nothing to do with the two point conversion...

Nothing new from us.

Watch the last drive versus Auburn in 2009. The "pick" route Gary kept talking about was the Mesh and Bama has been running it for years.
