I think part of the problem is that NCAA rules don't specifically address solicitation by family members. LINKLook for the rules to be amended to include solicitation by any representative of a student athlete including family members.

I really think the NCAA will be forced to develop a new line of thinking and quick action because of all of this. This is unprecedented in terms of whats at stake with a progam being investigated and the effect it could have on other teams.

The NCAA will have to adapt a portion of its rules and reponses to deal with 'in season' issues and how it develops.
