If you consider underage drinking citations arrested then yes.
Have no idea why people try to bring that up in the "fulmer cup" I had three underages at UT while I was there, UTPD passes them out like candy.

FWIW, a different board insider says the number fonts in that mockup and stripes are NOT a part of the uni.

Yeah, Tommy mentioned that the stripe was not correct.
Number font was based on the new Tennessee wordmark, so not surprised to see that be a little different.
