Tennessee falling in line with other programs that wear random color jerseys like Mississippi State, Kentucky, Arkansas, Conference USA, the Sun Belt, etc.

I see no problem with wearing an alternate once a year. I love the grey.

We get it, "smokey" is an official color just like black is an official UGA color.
Still makes wearing an alternate uniform with that color pathetic, especially for a place like Tennessee.

Who cares? Warm gray is an official Alabama color and I'd expect mass laughter at us if we wore it as a uniform in football.

Nobody is whining, just laughing at Tennessee for resorting to alternate uniform tactics that newbie programs and mid-major programs resort to. Oklahoma, USC, Alabama, LSU will continue wearing our normal old-school blue blood jerseys and you guys can join Mississippi State, Houston, Oklahoma State, Virginia Tech and all the other non-traditionals with alternate uniforms.
Adidas is destroying every traditional program it touches. Tennessee, Notre Dame, Michigan, Nebraska all used to wear one uniform and one uniform only and now look at some of the trash they've thrown out. At least Tennessee's is the best of the bunch I guess.
