5 wins not over 5 years with a the usual destination being memphis or shreveport isn't something to wave around proudly. meanwhile that was Georgia's 15th straight bowl game and it was actually a good one.

i mean i understand you think this may be your time to be ahead but come on, you know where each program stands. and that huge group of choke artists led by that infamous dip shite did more than enough against the cellar dwelling bulldogs lite.

ETA: and MSU ain't wake bruh

They had no running game by then and Murray was way more erratic than the kicker. MSU was a better team at the end of the game.

I would have come out firing on the first play. No matter what, you don't play for a FG. You never play not to lose, you've gotta play to win. Richt's teams haven't had the killer instinct late in games for a few years. It's not just the OT, the D let them get back in the game by not pressuring the QB and playing off the WRs.

MSU threw an interception on their first possession in the 1st overtime. All UGA had to do was kick a field goal. They put their most sure handed ball handler in at running back (from what the announcer said). Murray lined the ball up for a field goal. How is that playing "not to lose"? Did the kicker not nail a 49 yarder on the next OT?

This isn't really helping your argument as much as you think. He missed a 42 and then hit a 47. That proves how erratic he is and his stats this season showed that he had been erratic. Richt knew that and gambled on it. He should have done more. He played not to lose and it cost him the game. End of story.

I agree. Setting up for the field goal is a good plan in that situation, but better plays should of been called to gain yards and give an erratic kicker a shorter kick.

This is really not helping your argument had he played "to win" and Murray had thrown a pick 6. See how this works?
