Freeze and Ole Miss had the audacity to beat Saban and the Rec two years in a row. The long arms of the Rec framed Freeze. Saban will win at any cost, including collusion and espionage, the Bill Belicheck playbook in full force.
All other SEC coaches know better and stay in their lane so not to upset the powers of the Rec. Dabo better be careful he almost beat Saban twice in two years.

Actually, Dabo is a key agent in the mission. His job is to set up Clemson for a huge fall when he takes over at Alabama for when Mr. Saban retires from the field to move into the Crimson Oval office.

This is way beyond beating Bama a couple of times. Somebody years ago recognized Ole Miss as a sleeping giant, and put a masterful scheme in place. Houston Nutt gave the appearance of tanking at Arkansas, then goes to Ole Miss as a plant. He lays in wait until the "Nutt Sleeper Cell" is activated and the he makes his move.
I think Saban and Sexton initiated it all. Bring Ole Miss to the brink of destruction, get the Ole Miss job to open up, and Sexton/Saban reach out to Ole Miss with an offer to restore the program to greatness if the boosters will give them all the tobacco lawsuit money.
Saban will be the next coach at Ole Miss. Book it.

The silver lining in the clouds after we lost to Clemson is that we know we will get a championship winning coach when Saban retires.
