So what you meant to say is that Gus can't evaluate a player correctly the first time. Not even one from a school he has coached at and maintains many connections. Good to know.

Hmm I never knew Gus recruited Cam to the Plains. And even if he did, congrats. A fricking goldfish could have coached that offense to an SEC title.

With hindsight being 20/20, sure.

I'd love to bump some posts on this board that occurred prior to us shitting on everyone, though.

Kiehl had offers from Auburn, Arkansas, Clemson, Duke, Florida, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oklahoma State, TCU, UCLA, West Virginia, among others and you're questioning his judgement on whether a high schooler can make the jump?

At least he's able to know when to cut bait and move on.

Rule of thumb: Don't take QBs from Arkansas.

Why? Ryan Mallett and Tyler Wilson turned out pretty good. If you simply said QB's from Shiloh, then I'd agree.

But why are you shitting on one of your star recruits?

Gus recruit, right? Does he not know how to identify college QB's?

Yep, Gus recruit that put up better numbers than Brandon Allen last year.

Glad to hear that your starter bettered our backup.

Congrats!

Now he's your starter and Kiehl's a safety. Good luck.

Well I certainly remember Kiehl completing as many passes to our secondary as his own team in 2011. I guess Auburn as a whole still didn't know that he sucked as a QB since he saw significant playing time the next year. I'm not just questioning Gus's judgment, I have doubts about your entire football program.

Actually, our backup safety bettered your starting QB. Dumbass.

Well, it's a good thing everyone of those coaches are gone, isn't it?

Is that supposed to be a bad thing for Arkansas?

Where is that HC and OC at now? One is talking on TV and the other is putting up -16 yards in a spring game. But congrats on Brandon Allen by all means...

If you don't realize that our starter is now in the NFL, then you're the dumbass.

I wouldn't exactly call it a good thing.

Except for the one who failed Kiehl and your fanbase the most, Gus. Frazier was in way over his head and Gus gave you a horrible QB. I love how the Tiger fans here are trying to spin highly touted QB recruits that switch to other positions as a good thing.
