I am shocked by this video; people really are stupid obviously if he knew it was being videotaped.

Good luck to you. That is straight bull shite right there. There are some people that should have slapped that guys ball sack around his waist. On the flip side, who the hell leaves their friend in that kind of condition? I've been on both sides of that in the college years. If its my friend past out that guy gets his arse beat for fricking with him. If it my friend with repressed homosexual desires he gets his arse beat and another ride home.

I did, weak case. How do we know the drunk guy didn't ask the Bama fan to do that before he passed out. All we see is the Tiger fan already drunk. Here's the scenario in my head:
Tiger fan: "I will NOT pass out drunk. I'm so confident that I will bet any Bama fan here. If I pass out, a Bama fan can rub his balls on my back and ear."
How do we know that didn't happen? How about identifying the Tiger fan in the video and see if he wants it posted all over the internet. My guess is he would rather it go away then take it to court.
Shaky case at best for any lawyer.
