We have no idea if Tua was ready Day one or what would have happened if he had started in the regular season. I'll side with the best coach ever who saw him in practice every single day. The way he handled it seems to have worked out well for bama and Saban.

I thought he was a perfect fit for NU. But he sure likes the spotlight.
Meh. If you had just been named head coach at Nebraska, wouldn't you try and get as much of the spotlight as possible?

I do wish Tagovailoa had played vs Auburn. All 4 of the injured linebackers were still out that game, if I remember correctly, so might still not have won, but I would have liked our chances a heck of a lot better with Tua.

He should really worry about his own job and coaching Neb. Nobody GAF about his opinion

Agree with Sally, Saban knew what he was doing...Jalen has helped win alot of games , tua was able to play in some blowouts and that gave him enough reps to not be completely overwhelmed when the moment came.

One coach won a real NC. The other one didn’t.
Except that he did. As a QB no less.

Let’s see what his record is over the next three years...

Scott Frost needs to learn to keep his mouth shut.
He's going to have to talk really loud in Nebraska when nobody is listening.
Out there the "all hat no cattle" and "just a goatroper" phrases have meaning.
