KY crapped the bed big time.

Kentucky got screwed. I've not seen such blatant bias in the umps at the college level in softball before.

This ump is calling strikes as balls
UK pitcher is clearly rattled now

Complete, utter screw job just to keep out as many SEC teams as they can.

There have been lots of questionable calls going against sec teams this year

They did all they could to day to keep FSU in the game with LSU today. I expect it to be much worse in game 3. Pathetic how obvious it gets.

On the upside, the UK team only has 2 or 3 seniors
They send the SEC west but don't send the PAC east
Should be a rule you can not get moved more than 1 time zone and certainly not 3

quote:It's my fault. Told my wife going to T7 that Kentucky had this. But (and I don't watch softball until this time of the year) the ump didn't give the UK pitcher any help. Why did they bring the relief pitcher in then? Why not stay with the starter?

After going out of their way to get as many SEC teams in as they can whether they deserved to be there or not?

They travel well so you sell more seats, interesting how many UK fans in Eugene, OR.
Rebs would have knocked out UCLA
Cats could have knocked out Oregon
Would have been a serious message - and collateral effect on recruiting - if the secondary SEC schools were eliminating the primary PAC schools.
