Nice try. The NCAA already knows which brokers are going after college athletes. JFF has no information the NCAA needs. What the NCAA needs is info from brokers who paid JFF.

And JFF will absolutely be required to return the money in full to a charity before eligibility is even a possibility. The question is how much is his punishment? Intentional acts to knowingly receive improper benefits in large sums typically result in a lifetime ban. Inadvertent or unintentional violations of a small nature tend to result in 2-6 game penalties.
