We know. It's the most regurgitated phrase on he board when we have these types of discussions. Per capita doesn't mean shite when you're filling a roster though. The 200th best player in Texas is better than the 100th best player in Louisiana every year

well that escalated quickly. i think it would be interesting. college football is great because for the most part it is representing your state and home. so if teams were only made up of in state players i think it would make the sport that much more fun.
