Todd Kinchen, Beckham, the Pine Weasel, Devery Henderson, and many many other greats.

I am gonna go with the obvious player: Bo Jackson
I really liked David Palmer, but figure most Bama fans will say Javier Arenas (sp).
Also, surprised no UF fans have come in the thread and said, Percy Harvin for them.
For me for all schools it would be:
AU: Bo with Cam second
Bama: David Palmer
LSU: Kevin Faulk
Ole Miss: Deuce Staley
MS St.: Dak Prescott
A&M: Manziel
Arky: McFadden and Matt Jones
UF: Percy Harvin
UGA: Herschel
Vandy: Jordan Matthews
KY: Randall Cobb
USC: Lattimore...hate that he couldn't stay healthy
UT: Dobbs...couldn't think of anyone else.
Mizzou: can't think of anyone...maybe Ealy

I loved watching Freddie Milons play. He's probably my favorite Alabama player. For Auburn, Cam Newton. There is no other answer unless you're old enough to say Bo Jackson.
Not SEC, but Peter Warrick was also fun to watch.

When a play broke down and it turned into sandlot football Matt Jones was at his best.
For me it's a toss up between MJ and DMac. DMac could make yards when there was nothing there and if either got a step on someone it was over.
One of my favorite DMac videos. (actually a game video)

That run at the 2:15 mark was a good one, Casey Dick even helped out on Chad Jones

I would definitely have to say either Rice or Clowney. Watching us play defense while Clowney was here was just a treat. Like, you never knew what was going to happen next. Huge hit? Sack? FF? Pressure into INT? Was glorious.

We need more Co's - I would say Condredge Holloway and Cordarrell Patterson

LSU fans, why was Russell shepherd such a disappointment?
bad fit for his skill set. Despite his less than ideal college career however, he is still holding down an NFL roster spot. He was still a team leader and was a big help recruiting the 09 class he came in with, which was the glue of those 2010-2011 teams.
As for the OP, we will probably never see another player like Tyrann Mathieu at LSU.

Shyrone was shifty no doubt, skyler is the GOAT at LSU In that department IMO though
Skyler green wildcat: 30:40 mark
Seems like he made moves like this every week

I'm too young to really remember Palmer. So I'll go with the player I have clearest memories of him playing.
Tyrone Prothro

For most of the time he was here our best offensive chance was Houston Nutt's play call blows up in our face and Matt Jones has to pull something out of his behind at the last second.
DMac was an exceptional RB and particularly with the threat of Felix and Peyton in the same backfield could destroy an opponent.

Could also say Chris Rainey or Tebow...having the 4 of them on the field at once was something to watch
eta: non UF player (as much as I hate the team) would be Eric Berry. He was a demon in the UT secondary

Tough choice between Honey Badger and Josh Reed. Most have seen Honey Badger's highlight reel stuff, but a lot have forgotten Josh Reed's dominance. No one could cover that guy. His last year was the best year any wideout in the SEC ever had.
