Joel Cowboy Parrish All American Tackle in mid 70s would be one.

Cadillac Williams was not a flop! Not by long yards. He was injury prone in college and that was also the case in the pros but he played several years. Anybody who plays past their rookie contract isnt a flop.
Now Aundray Bruce was a FLOP. picked number 1, but did nothing in the pros.

Heath Shuler and Chuck Webb - but Chuck had an excuse - a bad leg

Yeah, you guys have some strange fans here and there. Good player. Unfortunate health issues.

Would Wuerffel count? He was one of the last players drafted in 97.
Although he DID beat Peyton with the Saints.

I'm pretty sure winning the Heisman and being the starting RB on the national championship team qualifies as being "good". But maybe that's just me.

"Would Wuerffel count?"
I was actually thinking him. He was awesome in college - don't remember any pro results.

Without a doubt, Blaine Gabbert.

Him and most Mizzou fans expected it, the other would be John Clay tackle from the early 80's

I'm going to have to go with Carnell "Cadillac" Williams.
Wrong. Won 2005 NFL Off. ROY...injuries took him out, not the suck.
Andray Bruce would be the correct answer here...
