Joel Cowboy Parrish All American Tackle in mid 70s would be one.

Cadillac Williams was not a flop! Not by long yards. He was injury prone in college and that was also the case in the pros but he played several years. Anybody who plays past their rookie contract isnt a flop.

Now Aundray Bruce was a FLOP. picked number 1, but did nothing in the pros.

Would Wuerffel count? He was one of the last players drafted in 97.
Although he DID beat Peyton with the Saints.

I'm pretty sure winning the Heisman and being the starting RB on the national championship team qualifies as being "good". But maybe that's just me.
