Yeah, his measureables are off the charts. Like you said, if we get someone to step up and take the job from Welter this defense could be scary good. Quality, experienced depth at every level. If they stay healthy there are six or seven names that could have been mentioned in this thread.

Ok. The entire kickoff team wasn't walkons, just 9 out of 11. That definitely was not the starting special teams unit out there, but keep standing in that one little ray of sunshine. You happy now Porky?

I like Welter but he just doesn't shed blocks well and seems a half step slower than everyone else, imo. Going to the spring game in a couple of weeks and looking forward to seeing who gets playing time.
