Men's lacrosse and Men's Hockey.
If Bama actually had an on campus hockey arena, I would go to every game. I attended a hockey game in Madison, WI and it was surreal.

You could make it a club sport and do fraternity vs. fraternity.
I could see that going very well

LaCrosse definitely
I would watch and learn more about it. Seems like a fun sport. Just didn't grow up around it.

That's the sport I told my parents I wanted to play growing up, 35+ years ago. "But they don't have any teams anywhere near here."
My young, impressionable self had read a story on Lacross and the Iroquois and thought that it was totally Bad@$$....
My first real exposure to it was when a couple of "Yankee boys" were tossing the ball around the Parade deck my freshman year at the Citadel. They passed the sticks off to a couple of true American bubba's (and that's said with the utmost respect and love) and hilarity ensued.

Lacrosse for sure. It is a damn fun sport to watch. I argued, at the time, that UAB should have invested what money they are wasting on a football program no one cares about into lacrosse. The season does not conflict with football, TONS of kids in the Birmingham suburbs are playing lacrosse now, it would have given them some attention, they could have played on campus. Just a wasted opportunity. Lacrosse will never compete with football and basketball but it will create a niche for a lot of schools.

I'd say wrestling, but I know the SEC collective would not be able to handle the Yank domination very well

Men's soccer if they changed the season to all year/spring. I'd much rather tailgate for a big soccer match than I would baseball.

There's a guy I know who has a son on the Alabama LAX team. He loves playing, and it will probably take off soon. I know it is more of an East Coast thing, but so many athletes in the South, and you don't have to invest a ton in equipment. You can play it on pretty much any field, just drop some goals in place. At the kid level, obviously you wouldn't just drop goals on a random field at the collegiate level, unless you're UT or Arky.

Re: Rugby
The tackling is completely backwards for football and rugby. I don't think it would be a good transitision.
I'd like:
Rugby
Lacrosse
Mens Soccer
