McElwain is a good coach and a good hire, IMO.

I could see him being a Dooley, though. The "stop gap" kind of guy, in the mold of, obviously, Croom, Dooley, and Shula.
His recruiting must get better if they want to compete again.

The only thing the Vols will lead next year in the SEC is number of former players accused of rape (accused....not convicted) and classless freshman fat-asses!

That will be his downfall. VOLS and Georgia will be able to outtalent UF by a wide margin in a couple of years.
