I'm going to go out on a limb here, and I know it's a bold statement given the material presented here, but I would say there was a large contingent of State fans that hated Sydney more than Henderson.

I wasn't really getting angry at Henderson last night. I thought it was funny that he was getting so dramatic over a SEC tourney game between two crappy teams.

Sydney and Henderson are different. Henderson has lifted up our team and brought energy, passion, national interest, as well as production to us. Sydney was a cancer that eventually wore the team down and is partly responsible for where it is today.
State fans not liking Sydney should not be the basis for why OM fans should not like Henderson.
