The reality is Arkansas didn't run on Ole Miss like people assumed they would. Ole Miss killed themselves with turnovers (fumbles on their side of the field, pick-six, etc.) For the most part, the Ole Miss D held up against the run. Just had to be on the field too much and in bad situations.

I take it you're both State fans. If you watched the game Saturday, you'd know OM did a pretty good job against the rush. Losing 30-0 had nothing to do with 6 turnovers did it?

Your weakness isn't strictly the rush. It's the power run game setting up play action passes. Anything can happen in this game but State is the best in CFB at using the power run and capitalizing on play action.

Those goal line defensive efforts were the best I have seen all year!

Hold the phones. You mean to tell me that you stopped the run after you knocked their QB out of the game? They ran for 64 yards on 14 carries in a first quarter that saw them go up 17-0.

In SEC play, We allowed 149. That's in line with LSU and Auburn!

Mississippi State dominated both of those teams when the games were played; Ole Miss lost to those teams.

LSU's defense has improved since that loss, and Auburn has regressed. I don't see the point in this tidbit.

30-0 wasn't solely due to turnovers. Don't kid yourself
