Yes, we are awful and will be even worse by the end of the season. New hire coming after the season and hopefully we will be competitive in 2015.

Who are the front runners?
I'm not sure about being competitive next year, your issues go a deeper than just coaching, it will take the next HC a couple years to get the talent in.
