1 at the Star (slot) defensive back.
Others were 1st team special teams, but I don't think that is what you were asking.

You might want to count again. Some of those that played ST DID rotate in at LB, SS, FS and other positions. I count 11 that played on defense or offense. (At least 11) And, even if you were correct, isn't ST a part of the game?

LSU played 1 drive each offense and defense and had 5 true freshman that I can remember. Could have been more on special teams, but this is who I remember

Actually, 2. Terry Godwin at slot WR. He was in on the first play, I believe and played all game.
