ETA: who was the ND QB that went to the draft expecting to be picked early and never was?

Was finally drafted 3rd round or something.
Every time a player was picked they'd pan the camera to him.

ETA2: Brady Quinn...

Kiper was losing his shite over this.

Quinn was his prediction for #1 overall and he was quoted a bunch saying he's "the perfect QB prospect" and shite like that.

Kiper is such a goddamn hack. He studies this year round, talks to teams and players year round, and is still dreadfully wrong so goddamn much.

No what started the investigation was when the Ole Miss invited the NCAA on campus to investigate the improprieties in the women's basketball team. Then the NCAA found problems with the track team and then the ACT fraud and so on and so on..... What DA's!

Obviously not as dramatic or as comical as Tunsil or Nkemdiche, but Bo Callahan dropping from a sure #1 pick to #6 a couple of years ago was pretty entertaining. All those draft picks didn't help the Browns a bit. Who knows what might have happened if Cleveland had gone ahead and drafted the stud QB.
