If we're going by recent games then Alabama/LSU....IMOIDGAFWYTAM.

But yes, I would say Carolina/Clemson is one of the most heated rivalries in the country. My list (more focused on the present):
Bama/Auburn
Georgia/Florida
Egg Bowl
LSU/Bama
Auburn/Georgia
USC/Georgia (I'll concede it hasn't always been considered a heated rivalry but its hard to ignore whats going on right now)
Bama/Tenn

UT Bama. we hate their guts and vice versa especially after Fulmer incident.

I really can't even tell if this is a troll or not. Prove you aren't trying to troll by defending this list. Why is the IB #6? Why is Bama-USC considered a rivalry, let alone #10? Why have Arky/Mizzou when they've only played 5 times, but not have Arky/A&M who have played over 60? These are things that make us suspect you as a troll or that you know very, very little about SEC football.

Mizzou and Arky probably makes sense as an athletic rivalry to develop. At this point, it is a message board roast between SecRant posters from the two fan bases. And trolls from each side started the bitch-slapping, that raised the hackles.
Mizzou even has a couple of hogs, i.e., lovable pot bellies that we let post on MSB.
Mizzou and aTm also has some history that will make our encounters enjoyable.
We know we are new and sub standard in football and baseball. Mizzou basketball is usually good to very good, and will keep striving for great. But ...we "rassle" elite and will work on the rest.

But you are right, it is a nasty and hateful rivalry, the taterhead sheep humpers vs we of the refined South Carolinians.
I think, in terms of strictly SEC rivalries, and I know this thread was troll bait but of course it would have to be:
1 - Bama - Auburn
2 - UT - Bama
3 - UGA - UF
4 - UGA - Auburn
5 - SCAR - UGA
Emphasis added on SCAR because, obviously, it is only a heated rivalry in the eyes of SC fans. I mean it's a series that has only been played 60 times and UGA has dominated until turn of the century so, we get it, we do, but it's heated to us. Of course it means nothing to y'all.
